STINGING NETTLE
Stinging nettle is the name given to the common nettle, garden nettle, and hybrids of these two plants. Its name stinging nettle comes from the fact that it gives a burning or stinging sensation from its hairs when touched.
Curative properties of stinging nettle

USAGE
Nettle leaves can be used externally as an ointment and also consumed as tea. To make nettle tea, just steep one to two spoons of dried nettle leaves in boiling water for 5-10 minutes and your tea is ready. You can also flavor your cup of nettle tea with lime and honey or use it as a food additive towards the end of your cooking
